Leopard Studio is Now Renting a PA system in Ulster County

We offer a PA sound system for rent in the Greater Ulster County NY area.   It is a very nice Fender Passport 250 Plus. It is 5 channels with individual EQ selection and reverb included.  It is very simple to use. This system is available for anyone who needs a good vocal sound system for gigs and also can accommodate an acoustic guitar pick-up and some keyboards.  It’s good system for DJs at parties as well.  The PA also has a CD player built in if you need one.

PA System consists of:
1 Complete Fender Passport PD 250 Plus – a 4 microphone channel, plus 1 stereo line input, plus a built in CD player with it’s own channel, with 250 watts and 2 lightweight medium sized speakers.

When we are invited, we always make it to the party.  Basically we live for a good party and good times in the garage…Or backyard.   It’s 2009 and still the parties continue….

Asked out Again

The PA and I went out to the Living Seed in New Paltz, ny for a nice evening of music from the Virginia Wolves, Quitzow, Meryl Joan Lammers and Venture Lift, to support Green Burial.  A big hard loud room, but we sailed through it.  Good music.

Our System

Our PA Sound System is a very new Fender Passport 250 Plus.  It is an easy to use system that can be used both by bands, DJ’s, presenters and others.  With 4 mono microphone channels, plus a stereo line channel plus another channel that is a built-in CD player, you could do lead and background vocals, plus perhaps a little bit of instruments, either through microphone or direct pick-ups.  It is not recommended  if you need a full system including bass and drums.  It has plenty of power to get the vocals loud enough for most of the venues in the Hudson Valley, NY, such as Oasis/Cabaloosa, Keegan Ales, Bacchus, 60 Main, The Basement, High Falls Cafe or the like.  The PA has built in reverb and has an EQ for each channel.  It has stands for the speakers, although they also have a good shape for placing on the floor or a table.  It also comes with a CD player so you can keep the music going when on break if necessary.  We include the two microphones and cables that came with the system with your rental, or you’d like we could also rent some of our Shure SM57 and SM58 microphones and microphone stands for just a little more.

System Rental Costs

You need the system, including the speaker stands, and two Fender microphones (with on/off switch) and all necessary cables?     It’s gonna be $100,  if you can pick it up – at our facility – In Stone Ridge, New York (close to intersection of rt209 and rt213).

• Do you need microphone stands?  They go for $5/each per day.  Do you need some Shure SM57 or SM58 microphones too?  They go for $10/each per day.
• You also need us to deliver the system and set it up and take it away later?  It’s Possible…let’s talk.

First Wave

We are off the ground and running!!  The PA has seen it’s first taste of the good life outside the den.  Appearing for the first time as a couple in public, R and L worked their magic at a nice upstate wedding accompanied by DJ Wavy Dave.  Did someone say “After Party”.  Get me another please…
